Renée Coughlin

Renée writes and sings stories while working to take up the beautiful, smelly, heart-achy task of "being-yourself." Singing of both the mundane and the magical, Renée's honest lyrics and vocal dynamics reflect the complexities of being human. As part of her three-part harmony, acoustic folk band, The Pairs, Renée has received Folk Music Ontario's 2020 Songwriter of the Year Award, as well as the 2021 Forest City London Music Award in the Folk/Roots category. She continues to tour both nationally and internationally with The Pairs and is releasing her debut solo work in Spring 2022.
