a) In the case of rain/weather cancellation:
Customer and Producer connect 1-2 days before the event and if poor weather is projected for the day of the event, the event can be postponed to a new or TBA date with the understanding that the same artist may not be available.

b) In the case of a complete cancellation:
Cancellations made 7 days or less prior to the show, or first show if there are several, will result in 75% of the full fee retained by Curbside Concerts.
Cancellations made 8-14 days prior to the show, or first show if there are several, will result in 50% of the full fee retained by Curbside Concerts.
Cancellations made 15-30 days prior to the show, or first show if there are several, will result in 25% of the full fee retained by Curbside Concerts.
