Rodrigo “Papa Mambo” Muñoz is Winnipeg’s undisputed salsa king. Nominated for a Western Canadian Music Award, and having performed sold out shows with The Winnipeg Symphony Orchestra, you may be more familiar with this Chilean born bandleader from bands Trio Bembe and Papa Mambo. Imagine this fantastic Latin American musician performing for you and a few select friends/neighbours while you sit in the comfort of your front yard!
Bringing new meaning to the term “family values”, these identical 16-year old Cree and French- Metis twins will get your feet stomping with their traditional Metis fiddle and contemporary music. Along with their father, this trio is a welcome addition to our Curbside Concerts roster.
One of Winnipeg's most well known troubadours, Jamie Buckboro's repertoire covers eras of incredible songs. Along with some fantastic originals, Jamie is a great addition to any gathering. You can also hear him in his bands Honeysliders and Jivetown.
